Women's Advisory Council
The council is a community-based permanent functioning Council that protects women's socio-political support for their rights and legitimate interests, as well as promotes the implementation of socio-political guarantees reflected in the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Functions:
* co-Organization of work to ensure effective implementation of state policy on support of women, protect their rights and legitimate interests, and increase their role and activity in the socio-political life of the country;
* to strengthen the role of women in the university community and management system, to promote the organization of targeted work on their socio-legal support;
• timely identification of women's problems, compilation of address lists of women in need of assistance and in dire social situations, including women with disabilities;
* assistance in the work of providing them with socio-legal, psychological and material assistance, rehabilitation tools;
• preparing young people for family, life, teaching them the legal framework for solving conflict situations in the family. strengthening families. development of proposals for the Prevention of marriage and family divorces and the implementation of appropriate measures, assistance.
Rights and obligations of the council:
* implementation of its activities in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and this regulation;
* Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “on public control”(12.04.2018.- 474) and compliance with the requirements of the legislative acts;
• to insult the honor and dignity of citizens. not allowing a mixed work into their personal life;
• The council may also have other obligations provided for by law.
The council has the following rights:
* to make proposals to the Ministry of Higher and secondary education on the strengthening of harmony and well-being of the family, the protection of motherhood and childhood, as well as the awarding of healthy and harmonious offspring with the spirit of maturity, their upbringing in the spirit of loyalty to the Motherland, the recovery of spiritual and moral environment in places and the;
* To make proposals to the Ministry of higher and secondary special education on issues within the competence of the Council;
• to exercise public control over the implementation of legislation on benefits provided for women, especially for professors and students with disabilities who need help and are in a difficult social situation;
• improving the effectiveness of the implementation of the tasks assigned to it consists in organizing and conducting various competitions and sports competitions among women at the University.
