A Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between Uzbekistan State World Languages University and Namangan State Institute of Foreign Languages.

Based on the cooperation established through the memorandum, it is expected to ensure that higher education institutions enter the TOP-1000 in the international ranking, improve the educational process based on the introduction of the credit-module system, implement academic exchange programs, and apply modern pedagogical technologies to the educational process.
This cooperation is aimed at training qualified pedagogues, exchanging experience in applying modern pedagogical and information and communication technologies to the educational process, updating the content of the continuing education system in terms of quality, as well as training, retraining and upgrading highly qualified personnel for industry enterprises, advanced foreign higher education institutions. improvement of educational standards, curricula and programs by studying the experience of educational institutions in depth, creating new generation educational literature and their wide application in the educational process, providing higher education institutions with modern educational, educational-methodical and scientific literature, joint educational programs and scientific-technical implementation of projects, increasing the scientific potential of the educational institution, further developing scientific research activities, accelerating the integration of science and production, publishing scientific articles of professors and scientific researchers in scientific journals included in the international databases of Impact Factor, Peer Review, including Scopus and Web of Science and increasing the number of references in the Hirsch index, establishing the joint use of educational and scientific technical bases and laboratories of higher educational institutions, expanding the participation of professors and researchers of partner higher education institutions in foreign and domestic projects.
This Memorandum shall be valid from the date of signing by both parties and shall be valid for 5 years.
