During the dialogue at the Ministry of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Innovation of the Sultanate of Oman, an agreement was reached on the signing of a bilateral agreement on the expansion of mutual cooperation, the establishment of joint educational programs, the implementation of joint scientific research projects and the organization of scientific conferences, and the expansion of student and teacher exchanges.

In negotiations with Habib al-Rayami, the chairman of the Sultan Qaboos Center for Culture and Higher Education under the Sultanate of Oman, at least 20 Uzbek Arabic language teachers will receive grants for training courses every year starting from the 2024/2025 academic year, free use of the electronic platform for distance learning of the Arabic language. and uploading educational and scientific works of Uzbek scientists and other proposals were discussed.
