A Warm Psychological Training in a Snowy Environment

A seminar-training titled “Turning Cold Air into Hot Energy” was organized for third-year students through the collaboration of UzSWLU women’s psychologist Sh. Bustonova and the tutors of the Faculty of Romance and Germanic Philology, Z. Nazarova and L. Rahmatullayeva.

The training was conducted outdoors in a snowy environment rather than in a traditional classroom. The cold weather did not become an obstacle; instead, it was effectively used as a resource to stimulate students’ activity, teamwork, and inner energy.

The main objectives of the training were:
— to experience harmony between body and emotions through snow-based physical activities;
— to strengthen trust and cooperation through team games;
— to practically explore methods of reducing stress and restoring energy in a winter environment.

At the end of the training, students shared their feedback:
“Today we gained energy from the snow,”
“Being in a team gives strength,”
“Even though it was cold, we felt warmth inside.”
