On March 27 of the current year, a training session aimed at preventing psychological imbalances was organized for third-year students at the Uzbekistan State World Languages University. The initiative was led by psychologist Z. Khayrullayeva and tutor Sh. Khazratova of the Second English Faculty.
The training was developed based on modern psychological approaches and effectively incorporated interactive methods, including role-playing games and elements of psychodrama. Special attention was paid to developing participants’ emotional intelligence, communicative competence, and socio-psychological adaptability.

The session consisted of the following main stages:
“Introduction” – creating a positive psychological climate within the group and building trust among participants;
“When You Are Given a Choice” – understanding cognitive dissonance and internal conflicts that arise during decision-making;
“Identify the Emotions” – developing skills for recognizing and appropriately expressing emotions;
Psychodrama – processing personal experiences through dramatization, enabling catharsis, reflection, and emotional processing;
Energizers – enhancing concentration, increasing motivation, and strengthening group dynamics.
At the end of the training, students acquired practical skills in analyzing their inner state, maintaining psychological balance in stressful situations, and applying effective social behavior strategies.
