In accordance with the directive of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 20/1-867 dated March 29, 2024, and to implement the tasks outlined in the control plan, a meeting was held at UzSWLU on November 22.

The working group responsible for preparations for the trip to Brazil convened to discuss the arrangements.

The meeting was attended by the university rector, Ilkhomjon Tukhtasinov, and members of the administration.

The discussion focused on coordinating the visit dates with the Brazilian side, forming the delegation for the business trip, organizing the visit, and executing planned events. Topics included sharing information about the essence and significance of UNESCO's 43rd session, Uzbekistan’s initiatives, and conducting promotional campaigns about the country, its history, great scholars, and ongoing reforms. Recommendations for involving foreign participants in events planned to be held in Uzbekistan were also discussed.
