A Regular Meeting Was Organized by the UzSWLU Registrar Office Staff

On November 26, the Registrar Office staff of the Uzbekistan State University of World Languages held an informational meeting with students of the Faculty of Oriental Philology.

At the beginning of the meeting, the Head of the Service Department, Ahmedov Abdulaziz Mashrabovich, delivered a speech and provided information about the main tasks and functions of the Registrar Office. Afterwards, the managers explained in detail the frequently asked questions students encounter, the procedures for processing required documents, communication channels, and the use of electronic services.

During the meeting, students received detailed information about:

• the main responsibilities of the Registrar Office;

• services provided;

• the procedure for submitting applications;

• using electronic services;

• the process of obtaining official certificates.

Additionally, students were informed that:

• more than 64 services are provided through a unified service center,

• contract payment procedures and available methods,

• as well as practical guidance on using the kontrakt.edu.uz platform.
