Scientific and practical conference.

On May 14, the Department of English Language Practical Aspects of the Faculty of English Philology at UzSWLU hosted an international scientific-practical conference titled "Research-based transformation of teacher education: tradition-innovation basis."

The university's rector, Ilkhomjon Tukhtasinov, took part in the opening ceremony of the conference and delivered the opening speech.

The conference included a plenary session alongside five branch meetings focusing on the theme "Research-based transformation of teacher education: tradition-innovation basis."

During the branch meetings, participants delivered lectures on various topics related to the conference theme, such as "Ethnic and cultural factors in modern teacher education: regional, national, and international experience," "Intercultural competence: developing intercultural understanding and communication skills in modern educational contexts," "Teacher training and multicultural pedagogy: effective teaching strategies for culturally diverse students," "The impact of technology, digital resources, and online educational platforms on educational equality among different ethno-cultural groups," and "Developing modern forms of innovative pedagogical technologies in education."
