On October 23, the 28th Session of the Scientific Council awarding scientific degrees at the Uzbekistan State World Languages University was held. 

At the meeting, Shakurbanova defended the dissertation of Nadezhda Emirovna, written on 10.00.04 – specialty of the language and literature of the peoples of Europe, America and Australia for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in philological Sciences on the topic “sociolinguistic informativity of Polypredicative structures (in the material of women's roles in artistic text)”.

In the course of the discussion, the researcher gave a reasonable answer to the questions, speaking about the result of the studies carried out within the framework of his topic, its novelty.
