Activities of the Educational and Methodical Department:

• Ensuring the implementation and monitoring of compliance with the Laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan related to education, decrees, orders, resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers, decisions of the Board of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education, orders, instructions, modemograms, and telephone messages, as well as the rector's orders in faculties, departments, and divisions.

• Communicating the content of decrees and decisions made by the President and government of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the students.

• Ensuring the organization of educational work based on state educational standards.

• Ensuring the implementation of educational plans in faculties and departments. • Improving the quality of lessons, ensuring the implementation and control of personal plans of professors and lecturers.

• Developing proposals for the improvement of technical equipment in classrooms and laboratories.

• Ensuring the preparation and analysis of annual activity reports from faculties and departments.

• Ensuring preparation for the academic year and the development of the annual work plan for the educational process.

• Ensuring the correct distribution of academic workload at faculties and departments according to existing regulatory documents and monitoring this process.

• Ensuring the proper use, distribution, and control of the university's classroom fund.

• Ensuring the proper use of hourly funds and controlling their application.

• Ensuring the availability and proper storage of documents related to the educational and methodological process.

• Organizing work to create textbooks, educational and methodological literature, their translation, and providing all faculties with educational and methodological complexes.

• Ensuring all educational programs are equipped with curricula and subject syllabi.

• Organizing students' educational and pedagogical practices.

• Ensuring the application of modern methods and tools for students' independent learning.

• Ensuring the timely and quality preparation of issues related to the educational process according to the plan of the university's academic council.

• Providing information and reports on the department's activities to the Ministry in a timely manner and in the prescribed format.
