On April 24th of this year, a seminar-training was organized through the collaboration of Z.T. Khayrullayeva, a psychologist from the Uzbekistan State World Languages University, and the faculty members M.N. Isamukhamedova, D.M. Kambarova, S.A. Agzamkhodjayeva, and A.D. Kulmamatova from the Department of English Language Practical Disciplines №3 of the English Language Faculty №3.

The seminar-training was held on the topic of "Personality Psychology: Individual Characteristics of Students." During the event, ideas were exchanged regarding students' personal development, individual psychological characteristics, and the importance of considering these characteristics in the educational process.

Furthermore, practical and interactive exercises aimed at identifying students' personal potential, self-awareness, and increasing motivation were conducted during the training. This event plays a significant role in enhancing students' self-awareness process and effectively organizing their approach to learning.
