Artificial Intelligence in Foreign Language Teaching: Theory and Practice

In order to implement Resolution No. 415 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated July 11, 2024, a short-term training course entitled “Artificial Intelligence in Foreign Language Teaching: Theory and Practice” was organized by the Network Center for Retraining and Advanced Training of Pedagogical Personnel under the Uzbekistan State World Languages University from October 23 to 25, 2025.

 

 

On October 25, 2025, the course activities continued. The final session was devoted to the topic “AI-Based Technologies in Foreign Language Learning.”

The session was conducted by To‘lqinjon Ismatullaevich Nasrullayev, Chief Specialist of the Institute for Retraining and Professional Development of Higher Education Personnel.

The Rector of the Uzbekistan State World Languages University, Professor Ilkhomjon Tukhtasinov, participated in the event and highly appreciated the learners’ activeness, methodological thinking, and readiness for the upcoming academic year.

 

 

At the end of the course, participants were awarded certificates of the established format. The final event concluded with memorable photographs, reflections, and words of sincere gratitude.

The participants emphasized that such practical courses play an important role in enhancing their digital and pedagogical competencies and shared their own experiences in integrating artificial intelligence technologies into teaching practice.
