English Lesson on “Heroes and Villains” Held for Students
On November 19, fourth-year students of the Faculty of English Philology at UzSWLU — N. Rustamova and S. Boynazarova — under the supervision of S. Mannonova, a lecturer at the Department of English Theoretical Sciences, conducted another English club session at School No. 283 in the Uchtepa district within the framework of the “Foreign Language Development and Teaching” Center.

The session was dedicated to the topic “Heroes and Villains.” Students freely expressed their thoughts about different heroes and villains in English, their characteristics, motivations, and the differences between them.
During the lesson, special attention was given to developing the following skills:
-
listening comprehension,
-
comparing and analyzing characters,
-
learning new words and expressions,
-
creatively explaining the development of events.

At the end of the session, students strengthened their ability to identify the main traits of characters based on short stories involving heroes and villains, use newly learned expressions, and draw independent conclusions.
