1. Purpose of the Call

The purpose of this call is to award two (2) Erasmus+ mobility grants for staff members of Uzbekistan State World Languages University to carry out a mobility stay at the University of Huelva (UHU) within the framework of the Erasmus+ KA171 programme.

2. Number of Places

The number of places offered under this call corresponds to the funding allocated by the European Commission to the University of Huelva, in accordance with the interinstitutional agreements signed between the UHU and Uzbekistan State World Languages University.

3. Type and Duration of the Mobility

The duration of the mobility period will be five (5) working days, preferably during the International Week of the University of Huelva .

4. Financial Support

Financial support will be granted to contribute to covering travel and subsistence costs during the mobility period, in accordance with the conditions established in the Erasmus+ KA171 project and the applicable regulations.

5. General Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must meet the following requirements:
Be an employee of Uzbekistan State World Languages University at the time of application and throughout the entire mobility period.
The mobility may not take place in the participant’s country of residence, nor in the country where they have previously studied or carried out their main professional activity.

6. Application Procedure

Interested candidates must submit the following documentation:

Motivation letter.
Signed declaration confirming that the applicant has not previously participated in an Erasmus+ staff mobility (academic or administrative staff), where applicable.
List of planned activities and/or proposed teaching content for the mobility period.
Certificate proving English language proficiency (if applicable).
Documentation certifying the applicant’s employment status at Uzbekistan State World Languages University at the time of application.
Curriculum Vitae.
Official documentation certifying the level and degree of special needs or a disadvantaged economic situation (if applicable).
 Additional documentation related to other relevant skills and/or training (if applicable).
