On February 12, an extraordinary meeting was held for the staff of the Registrar's Office at the Uzbek State University of World Languages.
The meeting was attended by the Head of the Registrar's Office, A. Khalillayev, the Head of the Back Office, A. Erkayev, the Head of the Front Office, M. Sulaymanov, and department employees.
The meeting covered the following topics:
The fight against corruption as a pressing issue of today;
The distribution of responsibilities outlined in the Registrar's Office regulations;
The organization of daily seminar training sessions for Registrar’s Office staff.
The Head of the Registrar’s Office, A. Khalillayev, delivered a speech emphasizing that corruption is the enemy of national progress. In his speech, he urged office staff to avoid engaging in such practices and to ensure transparent service delivery.
Department Head M. Sulaymanov stressed the importance of accurately and promptly fulfilling the responsibilities outlined in the Registrar's Office regulations and providing high-quality services to students.
Additionally, it was highlighted that, to enhance the efficiency of the office's operations, seminar training sessions will be held for staff every Saturday.
