The Institute of Higher Education has established the scientific laboratory of researchers in specialties University on a community basis in order to ensure that the base doctoral student (DS), doctoral student (D), independent researchers achieve research work in their specialties at the required level of productivity as well as protection during their term. Eighteen laboratory groups have been assigned coordinators, moderators, and mentors from members of the "Doctoral Association".

On June 24-26-27 of this year, 218 independent seekers (Phd) and 18 independent seekers (DSc) were monitored by 18 group coordinators, moderators, mentors of each specialty ciphers.

Independent researchers made presentations and submitted reports on their work on doctoral dissertations.
