President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev visited Navoi region and got acquainted with the development of the industry and infrastructure of the region, the work carried out in the neighborhoods. He visited the newly established "Pharoah" neighborhood in Navoi and inspected the construction works. The head of state also visited the 22nd secondary school there.

The president met with students whose goals at the school were high. During the meeting, mardonava Marjona, an active student of the school, who spoke about his goal, specific plans for the future, commissioned the brave girl to be accepted on the basis of a state grant from the Uzbekistan State University of World Languages After graduating from school. 

In order to ensure the execution of the given task, on October 31, representatives of the leadership of the University headed by the rector of the Uzbek State University of world languages Ilkhomjon Madaminovich went to the 22nd General Education School in Navoi region and handed over special certificates and souvenirs to the future student of the University.

The meeting was also attended by First Deputy Head of the Department of preschool and school education of Navoi region Jahongir Qalandarov, Specialist of the branch of coordination of activities of General secondary educational institutions of Navoi region Yunus Ne'matov, Deputy Director of educational affairs of Navoi city school 22 general secondary education Nilufar Orokova and Zafar Boltayev.
