On January 23, a psychological training session was held with the participation of the coordinators of the "Leader" girls and "Qizlarjon" clubs of the Youth Union at the Uzbekistan State University of World Languages.

The psychological training was led by the university psychologist Z.T. Khayrullayeva. The training, themed "Creating Norms and Rules in a Team," included activities such as introductions, "Good News Collection," "What is a Team?", "Team Rules, Norms, Roles," and extensive use of Psychogymnastics exercises.

The purpose of organizing such psychological activities is to establish a healthy psychological environment among female students. The meeting with our leader girls was rich in impressions.
