On February 14, a seminar-training session on "Skills for Working with Problematic Students" was held at the Uzbekiston State University of World Languages with the participation of psychologist Z. Khayrullayeva.
The event was attended by tutors from the First, Second, and Third English Language faculties, as well as the Translation, Evening, and Distance Learning faculties.
The main objective of the seminar-training was to develop theoretical knowledge and practical skills related to different types of destructive behavior, their forms, and the prevention of psychological issues. During the training, tutors received valuable recommendations on identifying these problems, developing the right approaches, and applying effective pedagogical and psychological methods.
Within the framework of the training:
Modern psychological methods that tutors can use when working with problematic students were analyzed;
The main causes of destructive behavior and ways to prevent them were discussed;
Practical exercises were conducted on establishing effective communication with students and resolving issues.
During the training, tutors set a goal to further improve their professional activities. The seminar was conducted in a positive and interactive atmosphere, providing participants with not only theoretical knowledge but also practical experience.
