On November 26, 2025, a certificate awarding ceremony was held at the Network Center for Retraining and Professional Development of Teaching Staff under the Uzbekistan State University of World Languages for professors and instructors who successfully completed a short-term professional development course

This short-term training course was organized in accordance with Resolution No. 411 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated July 3, 2025, “On introducing a training and certification system in professional education based on advanced European experience,” and paragraph 4.1 of the monitoring plan of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Innovation dated July 30, 2025 (No. 01-11-320).

The course, held from November 10 to 17, 2025, aimed to develop the professional competencies of professors and teachers working in the German language field, based on international standards.

The university rector, Professor Ilhomjon Madaminovich Tukhtasinov, attended the certificate awarding ceremony, sincerely congratulated the participants on successfully completing the course, and presented them with official certificates.

In his speech, the rector emphasized that this course plays an important role in improving the quality of higher education, strengthening the digital and methodological literacy of educators, and creating an educational process aligned with international standards.

At the end of the event, it was noted that the professional development courses organized by the Network Center represent a practical embodiment of the reforms, innovations, and processes of international integration taking place in higher education.
