Extraordinary Meeting of the Rector Held at the State University of World Languages

On January 19, 2026, an extraordinary meeting was held at the State University of World Languages under the chairmanship of Rector I. Tuxtasinov.

The meeting was attended by the university leadership, vice-rectors, faculty deans, heads of departments, and department chairs.

According to the agenda, the session began with organizational matters, including information on newly appointed staff.

Reports from responsible managers on key issues were also heard:

• Head of the Department for Quality Control of Education L. Zaripov provided information on the final assessments for the first half of the 2025–2026 academic year and preparation for the spring semester.

• Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs M. Chutpulatov reported on the progress of final assessments at the faculties.

• Head of the Department for Human Resources Development and Management S. Rahmonov provided information on the registration process of the university leadership, faculty, staff, and students via the website census.stat.uz.

• The issue of appointing an internal audit to protect university interests and prevent information leakage was discussed. First Vice-Rector for Spirituality and Youth Affairs V. Sadiev provided information on this matter.

Within the framework of the next university order, the appointment issue was reviewed and the corresponding decision was made.

From January 19, 2026, Mahmudjon Rustamovich Boltabaev was appointed as the Rector’s Advisor on Artificial Intelligence and Strategic Transformation.

At the end of the meeting, appropriate tasks were assigned based on the discussed matters.
