Effective Cooperation with Secondary Schools Continues

On March 27, 2026, a master class for English language teachers of Secondary School No. 104 in Tashkent was organized by Gulmira Juraboyeva, a lecturer at the Department of English Language Teaching Methodology No. 1 of Uzbekistan State World Languages University.

The master class was dedicated to the topic “Ways to Improve 11th Grade Pupils’ Learning and Motivation”.

During the session, the following key areas were thoroughly discussed:
• methods of developing students’ intrinsic motivation;
• modern interactive methods (debate, role-play, project-based learning);
• principles of individual approach and differentiated instruction;
• modern assessment methods (formative assessment, effective feedback);
• use of digital tools (Quizlet, Kahoot, Canva, etc.).

During the master class, participants shared experiences and reached the following conclusions:
• students’ motivation is directly linked to teachers’ pedagogical approach;
• interactive methods significantly improve lesson effectiveness;
• creating a supportive and positive learning environment is essential;
• it is necessary to consider each student’s individual needs.

This master class proved to be both practical and methodologically valuable for teachers, and the recommendations provided will contribute to further improving the quality of the educational process.
