A Digital (Online) “Psychological Service” Platform Introduced at Uzbekistan State World Languages University
A digital (online) “Psychological Service” platform has been introduced at Uzbekistan State World Languages University.
On January 29 of the current year, an awareness-raising and informational event was held at the university to present the platform’s activities and ongoing initiatives. The event was attended by D.Sh. Khamdamov, Head of the Department for Youth Affairs, Spirituality and Enlightenment; Z.T. Khayrullaeva, University Psychologist; Kh.I. Akhmedov, Head of the Tutor Activity Coordination Department; D.Sh. Abduvokhidov, Head of the Digital Education Technologies Implementation Department at the Center for Digital Education Technologies; as well as deputy deans for youth affairs and tutor-mentors from various faculties.

During the presentation, the functional capabilities, advantages, and practical effectiveness of the social and psychological digital platform were explained in detail. In particular, the platform’s potential for diagnosing students’ psycho-emotional conditions, conducting psychological monitoring, and systematically organizing preventive and corrective interventions was highlighted.
It was also emphasized that in the educational process, psychological services should be organized with a student-centered approach, based on close cooperation among students, psychologists, and tutors. The digitalization of all psychological tests, surveys, and diagnostic tasks through the online platform was noted to ensure transparency and efficiency, as well as to expand opportunities for in-depth analysis of results.
