On February 4, Uzbekistan State World Languages University hosted another seminar-training for psychologists of higher education institutions, organized by the Institute for Retraining and Advanced Training of Higher Education System Personnel under the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovations.

The event aimed to develop the professional knowledge and practical skills of psychologists working in the higher education system, as well as to enhance mutual experience exchange among specialists.

Psychologists involved in professional development courses and representing various higher education institutions participated in the seminar-training. During the event, theoretical knowledge on modern areas of psychology, practical sessions, and specific recommendations on the effective organization of psychological services in educational institutions were presented.

As part of the practical exchange of experience, participants discussed methods for analyzing students’ psychological well-being, identifying stress- and adaptation-related issues, and applying techniques used in psychological prevention and counseling processes. The seminar-training was conducted in an interactive format, ensuring active participation through discussions and practical exercises.

Overall, the seminar-training enriched approaches to organizing psychological services in higher education institutions and strengthened practical knowledge and experience that specialists can apply in their daily professional activities.
