Seminar Trainings Aimed at Strengthening Psychological Well-Being Continue at Uzbekistan State World Languages University
At Uzbekistan State World Languages University, seminar trainings are regularly organized to strengthen students’ psychological well-being and to prevent stress and psychological tension.
Within this framework, Sh. Kh. Bo‘stonova, the university psychologist for women, conducted a seminar training titled “Maintaining a Balance Between Work, Study, and Personal Life” with the participation of master’s students majoring in the Korean language.
The main purpose of the event was to foster healthy psychological communication among students, reduce stress levels, support personal development, and identify the psychological roots of potential conflicts as well as analyze the factors that contribute to them.
During the training, effective methods such as theoretical instruction, art therapy, and role-playing activities were employed. Through practical exercises, participants received useful recommendations on maintaining balance between professional activities, the educational process, and personal life.
This seminar training contributed to strengthening students’ psychological resilience and developing skills of self-awareness and conscious approaches to life situations.
