On December 17, a psychological service event entitled “The Use of Psychological Methods and Technologies in Overcoming Stress among Teachers” was organized for primary school teachers at Secondary School No. 299 in the Shaykhantahur district of Tashkent city.
During the event, participants were provided with insights into emotional tension, professional burnout (emotional burnout), and psycho-emotional imbalance commonly experienced by educators. Psychocorrective and psychoprophylactic methods aimed at enhancing stress resilience were practically applied.
Throughout the sessions, special attention was given to activating teachers’ internal resources through elements of cognitive-behavioral therapy, relaxation techniques, breathing exercises, art therapy, and group psychological trainings.
The psychological service was conducted in cooperation with Zebiniso Khayrullayeva, psychologist of the Uzbekistan State World Languages University, and Feruza Ashurova, Advisor to the Rector on Women’s Affairs. Participants received practical recommendations on assessing psychological well-being, identifying stress factors, developing self-awareness, and enhancing emotional intelligence.
