Scientific Seminar Discussion of a Dissertation Took Place

On February 20, a scientific seminar discussion was held on a dissertation submitted for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Pedagogical Sciences under specialty 13.00.02 — Theory and Methodology of Education and Teaching (English language), entitled “The Use of Learner-Centered Educational Technologies in Developing Students’ Phonetic Competence in English.” The event was organized in a traditional format as well as via the ZOOM online platform.

 

 

During the discussion, official opponents participated and expressed their views on the relevance, scientific novelty, and practical significance of the research.

Throughout the seminar, the theoretical concepts and methodological approaches proposed in the dissertation were thoroughly analyzed. The researcher provided well-grounded answers to the questions raised by participants, and appropriate recommendations were given for further improvement of the research work.
